A Get Together of Survivors, Oncologists, Journalists,Celebrities & Renowned Personalities at UNITED HOSPITALp
In Bangladesh we do not have any cancer registry. But the alarming increase of the incidence of cancer has become a matter of serious concern.
To observe World Cancer Day 2012 United Hospital is going to organise a day long cancer awareness event on 4 February. The noble gathering will be attended by Survivors & their family members, Oncologists, Celebrities, Journalists & renown Personalities.
The main activities of the day include: Morning Rally, Free Cancer Consultancy,Blood Donation Campaign,Recognition of Resilience of Cancer Survivors,Special Discount in PET-CT Scan, special announcement to benefit very poor cancer patients, Sharing views, knowledge, suggestions from survivors& guests. During this social event there will be Raffle Draw followed by Lunch refreshment & many more activities to mark the day.
