Fourth Regional Congress of Cancer and Blood Disorders of Childhood

Greetings, The Jordan Society of Pediatric Oncology (JSPO) and the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC), in collaboration St. Jude Children’s Research Center (SJCRH) are proudly holding The Fourth Regional Congress of Cancer and Blood Disorders of Childhood that will be held between 7-10 November, 2012 at the Landmark Hotel, Amman–Jordan.
This congress will encompass major multidisciplinary tracks in pediatric hematology/oncology:
*Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Days: November 8-10, 2012
*Pediatric Oncology Nursing Day: November 10th, 2012
*Pediatric Pharmacy Oncology Day: November 8th , 2012
The scientific committee of the congress is now calling for abstracts.

The scientific program will include a wide variety of topics and the latest in the fields of pediatric hematology, oncology and pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, pediatric oncology nursing and pediatric oncology pharmacy. Advances and new strategies in the field will be addressed in different educational sessions and presentations of this congress, in addition to the special symposia. Of note, is the cancers in the adolescent and young adult patients symposium and the palliative care symposium. Satellite symposia will also be part of this congress, where state of the art newer interventions in pediatric oncology and hematology will be highlighted.
