A guide to some of our key cancer control planning resources

The development and implementation of comprehensive, evidence-based, well-resourced and operational cancer plans is a critical step for countries to translate commitments into actions and address the multifaceted challenge of tackling cancer.

UICC, its members and partners have been working on developing key tools and collecting resources to facilitate the work of cancer control planners.

The International Cancer Control Partnership (ICCP)

The International Cancer Control Partnership (ICCP), formed in November 2012, is a group of organisations engaged in supporting country cancer control planning efforts. Through the ICCP, these organisations, including the WHO, CDC, NCI-USA, and UICC, are committed to working together to ensure that all countries have a well-resourced, quality cancer control plan, integrated with non-communicable disease control efforts.
