Nominees should have experience and feel comfortable working with their own Member States’ and senior politicians. Q: WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS OF THE PROCESS?
Nominations are open until 31st March. A Nominating Committee will review all nominations and will put forward the slate of nominations to the General Assembly where the Board of Directors and the President-Elect for 2014-2016 will be elected.

The Nominating Committee will meet in April 2014.

Nominees can expect to be notified about the status of their nomination in May 2014. During the European summer months, UICC would work closely with the candidates to publicly announce to UICC members their intention to be elected as a member of the Board of Directors or as President-Elect. In September 2014, all UICC members will receive the information on candidates and the candidates are encouraged to seek support from member organisations.
