If we want to achieve real progress towards the 11 targets of the World Cancer Declaration, we must now work together to  maintain pressure on governments to implement the commitments made in the Political Declaration.

A key action is to understand and communicate to others the promises made by governments on cancer in the Political Declaration and how they are linked to the World Cancer Declaration targets.  The documents in this section will help you to:

a) Understand the links between the UN Political Declaration and World Cancer Declaration targets

b) Communicate these links to external audiences and highlight key issues using a selection of powerpoint slides

c) Communicate UICC's key advocacy messages and advocacy priorities over the coming years
