Working in the UICC advocacy and programmes team and reporting to the Deputy CEO this role will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings to support UICCs organisational goals and objectives. The Executive Assistant will additionally support the Chief Executive Officer.
UICC has over a 50-year history of supporting capacity building of cancer control health professionals via targeted fellowships and in-country workshops. 2013 saw a reorganisation of the training offer and transition to a new grant management system. UICC is therefore seeking an experienced project manager to build on this robust foundation and take GETI to the next level.
