2016 World Cancer Congress - Preliminary Programme Revealed

Header Paragraph

It will accommodate 80 multidisciplinary sessions across the five tracks and about 400 international cancer and health experts who will explore and discuss the drivers of change in cancer control and the opportunities those changes create.

No doubt that the Congress programme will broaden how you think about your role and your capacity to drive knowledge into action.

The 2016 Congress programme has never been so action oriented. Most of the proposed sessions across the five Tracks build on result-driven strategies which are globally applicable and have the potential to bridge the gap between evidence and policy in global cancer control.

“We also witness emerging themes such as resource stratification, cross country comparisons or cancer economics which remain key topics to further address cancer disparities”, comments Dr Anil D’Cruz, co-chair of the Programme Committee and UICC Board Member

Please note that this is a preliminary programme. The sessions’ schedule and content are therefore subject to changes.
