The ISDE is an international organization committed to representing physicians who have an interest in diseases of the esophagus. The ISDE is a multi-disciplinary organization, which aims to gather together all specialties involved in the clinical management and research of patients with esophageal diseases. The strength of the Society is best illustrated by its broad membership (surgeons, gastroenterologists, endoscopists, oncologists, pediatricians, pathologists, basic scientists, ect.)
